As some of our products are sourced from international suppliers, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 15–30 working days from the date of dispatch.

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, and in many cases orders arrive sooner than the maximum estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on demand, customs procedures and carrier operations.

Stock & Availability

All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you promptly with an updated timeframe or suitable alternatives.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may be shipped in separate parcels. If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
