Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
